MOVEMENT FOR POSTPARTUM HEALING
Postpartum yoga and movement is a restorative practice designed to help new mother's recover physically, mentally and emotionally.​

Flow & Function for Postpartum Healing
Breathe Life PT welcomes new momma's who are at least 6 weeks postpartum after vaginal birth and 8 weeks postpartum after c-section (with doctors clearance) up to 2 years postpartum to join our newest workshop opportunity to explore foundational holistic practices like:

Pelvic floor and core stability to re-strengthen the body and reduce leakage

Breathework to ease prolapse pressure and feelings of heaviness

Yoga/Qigong for muscle recovery through stretch and release

Yoga Nidra will also be incorporated to focus on relaxation, energy levels and mindfulness ​
